Safety First: Staff trained as fire safety assistants
With a hands-on training course to become fire safety assistants, our staff have expanded their knowledge in the field of fire protection. The safety of our children and team is always our highest priority.
In addition to theoretical foundations on preventive fire protection and correct behavior in the event of a fire, the training focused primarily on practical exercises. Participants practiced the safe handling of fire extinguishers and trained how to effectively extinguish incipient fires.
A special highlight was the fire safety vehicle of the District Fire Brigade Association Lingen e. V. Through realistic demonstrations, various everyday hazard situations were clearly illustrated. For example, it was shown how quickly a grease fire can develop or what risks can arise from an overheated spray can.
The practical exercises provided valuable knowledge and strengthened the participants’ confidence in handling emergency situations. As a result, we are now even better prepared to act quickly and correctly in case of an emergency.
