Our company kindergarten is a place of togetherness – shaped by appreciation, respect, tolerance and openness. We accompany children guided by Albert Einstein’s principle: “Play is the highest form of research.” For us, play means exploring, learning and growing. Children are taken seriously, actively shape their everyday life and, in doing so, develop self-confidence and a sense of responsibility.

Our Educational Approach

Our educational approach is based on the situational approach. This means that we place the children’s everyday lives at the center of our work and build on their individual experiences, needs and interests.

Free play

Children decide for themselves what to play, how to play and with whom.

Children’s Interests

Educational activities grow out of the topics that matter to children – allowing them to learn with enthusiasm and joy.

Participation

Children are encouraged to express their opinions, are involved in decisions and experience that their voice truly matters.

Guiding Principles

Every child brings curiosity, ideas and their own unique personality. Our role is to accompany and nurture this natural spirit of discovery and to create spaces where development unfolds naturally – with joy, a sense of security and trust.

Learning Worlds

STEM is an integral part of our educational everyday life. Children embark on a journey of discovery into the world of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology. Through observing, exploring and experimenting, they learn how things work and develop the ability to ask their own questions and find answers. In this way, we nurture curiosity, logical thinking and a love of learning from an early age.

Settling-in & growing

Starting at a kindergarten is a big step for children and families. Our settling-in process is based on the participatory model – individual, gentle and shaped together. This creates trust, a sense of security and a positive start to everyday kindergarten life.
