At nxt generation, family is at the heart of everything we do – even during school holidays. Our daily routine for kindergarten children continues throughout the year, enriched with creative projects, exciting excursions and plenty of opportunities to explore. At the same time, we place great importance on reliable structures that give parents and children valuable time to spend together.
We know how important reliable planning is for families. That’s why we keep our closure periods as short as possible. Around Christmas and the New Year, the company kindergarten is closed for only a few days – helping you balance work, everyday life and family time more easily.
Once a year, all families take a mandatory break of ten consecutive working days. Each family can decide individually when this time will take place. This family time is firmly anchored in our concept and ensures that children and parents regularly enjoy a shared break from everyday life. It creates space for rest, closeness and renewed energy – allowing everyone to return to kindergarten life feeling refreshed and recharged.
Our company kindergarten remains open during school holidays. For our children, this means a familiar place, familiar faces – and plenty of new experiences. During this time, we offer a variety of activities and small projects that add a special touch to everyday life. Holiday care is available exclusively to children enrolled in our kindergarten, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment.
On three days each year, we intentionally take time to reflect on and further develop our educational work. These days are an investment in quality, inspiration and what matters most to us: providing the best possible support for children as they grow and develop.
At nxt generation, digital communication is a natural part of everyday life – all parents use the KitaPlus app. It keeps families and our team closely connected, with information, appointments and messages delivered directly and securely to their smartphones.
