New location, new perspectives: The “nxt generation” company kindergarten is taking shape in Wietmarschen-Lohne

In May 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction for the Innovation Square in Wietmarschen-Lohne – a central Rosenxt Group location in Germany. In addition to six modern Venture Hubs, the main building and a company cafeteria, the nxt generation company kindergarten is also being built here. 

From the earliest planning stages, the kindergarten was an integral part of the new site. For Rosenxt, balancing family and career is a key element of modern company culture. With the kindergarten, this commitment is put into practice: in the future, up to 34 children will find a place here – in one nursery group and one mixed-age group.

Architecturally as well, the well-being of the children takes center stage. Natural materials, warm colors and thoughtful spatial design create an environment where discovery and learning naturally blend. True to the kindergarten’s guiding principle inspired by Albert Einstein: “Play is the highest form of research.” 

Highlights include multi-level play areas, peek-through windows extending to the outdoors and a movement hall of around 100 square meters that invites children to explore and move freely. The approximately 2,000-square-meter outdoor area provides a wide range of play and movement opportunities – ensuring bright, happy faces in every season.
