This shapes our educational approach. For us, play means far more than a pastime – it is the way children understand, explore and shape their world. Through play, curiosity and their own experiences, they learn to grasp connections and develop self-confidence. We accompany them attentively, sensitively and with joy in their spirit of discovery.
Discover. Experience. Understand.
Every child brings curiosity, ideas and their own unique personality. Our role is to accompany and nurture this natural spirit of discovery and to create spaces where development unfolds naturally – with joy, a sense of security and trust.
A place for togetherness
With a future-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to professionalism, we support children on their exciting journey through life. We see our company kindergarten as a place of togetherness – shaped by appreciation, respect, openness and diversity. The well-being of each child is always at the center of everything we do. We believe that children are curious, creative and unique. They want to explore, understand and actively shape their environment. That is why we meet them at eye level – as reliable companions, inspirers and motivators. This creates an environment in which children can unfold their individual strengths, build self-confidence and develop strong social skills.
Situational approach
Our educational practice is guided by the situational approach: flexible, creative and oriented toward the children’s interests. Participation is central to this – children actively shape their everyday life, make decisions and experience that their opinions truly matter.
Free play
Free play is an essential part of our daily routine. Children choose for themselves who they play with, what they play and for how long. A wide variety of materials encourages exploration, discovery and learning. This is supported by our semi-open space concept: each child has a secure base within their core group while also being free to explore all areas of the company kindergarten.
Rituals
Established rituals such as morning circles or the children’s parliament foster a sense of community, responsibility and participation. In this way, we create an atmosphere in which children learn through play, grow and shape their world with joy.
