Children learn best when they are free to explore with all their senses – curious, active and through play. At nxt generation, we combine a spirit of inquiry, language, creativity and everyday experiences into a holistic understanding of education.
Our work is based on the Lower Saxony Framework for Education and Upbringing, which we bring to life through modern educational focuses.
Through experiments, construction projects and everyday observations, children experience scientific, mathematical and technical phenomena up close – exploring, questioning and with great enthusiasm. In this way, they develop an understanding of connections, creativity and problem-solving skills.
Bilingualism is another integral part of our everyday life. Each group is accompanied by an English-speaking educator who consistently speaks English. In this way, children naturally grow up with two languages – without pressure, but with curiosity and joy.
Life skills are just as important: children take on responsibility, help out, make decisions and experience that their contribution matters. This approach strengthens independence and self-confidence.
Children learn to recognize and express their emotions, show consideration for others and build relationships. Rituals such as morning circles, shared meals and role play strengthen their self-confidence and their sense of togetherness.
We encourage children to ask questions, develop their own ideas and try out solutions. Whether building, experimenting or working on projects – learning with us means curiosity, joy and a sense of self-efficacy.
Movement is possible everywhere: in the arena, outdoors or in the group rooms with a second play level. Combined with mindful nutrition, hygiene and dental care, we promote holistic health.
Language opens doors to the world. At nxt generation, children explore both German and English equally – through songs, stories, games and everyday interactions with English-speaking educators.
Children take on responsibility – setting the table, participating in the children’s parliament or harvesting in the garden. In this way, they learn independence, participation and essential everyday skills.
Children encounter mathematics, nature and technology playfully in everyday life – through building, sorting, counting and experimenting. We foster their curiosity, observational skills and understanding of connections.
Whether painting, making music, dancing or role play – we create many opportunities for children to express their creativity and bring their own ideas to life.
In our outdoor area and on excursions into the surrounding environment, children experience nature up close. They learn about sustainability, environmental protection and the mindful use of resources.
Children are little philosophers. They ask questions about “where we come from” and “where we are going.” We address these topics sensitively – without judgment, and with openness toward different cultures and worldviews.
